Salisbury steak is made of ground beef, bread crumbs, condensed french onion soup mix, egg, pepper,salt, wochester sauce, flour, ketchup, water and dry mustard. The first seven ingredients are all mixed together and formed into oval shaped patties.These are cookeduntil brown on both sides. THe remaining ingredients are mixed and poured over the patties. Cover and cook additional 20 minutes.
