1 cup chicken broth, 1 diced onion, 2 tablespoons butter, 4 potatoes-diced small, 1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 cup milk mixed with 2 tablespoons flour
Saute onions in butter until soft. Add potatoes, chicken broth, parsley, celery seed, simmer for 15 minutes. Add milk/flour. Simmer soup stirring until thickened.
