There are many types of wreath forms available. The most common ones are made from green foam. You can wrap the form with paper or fabric first, or just glue your decorations right onto it. You can also get forms made of straw or even wire. Check the craft store.

You buy wreath rings at a hardware store and wreath wire. Hold the ring and wrap the wire around the tree tips through the ring. Repeat until end.
