Many things need to be taken into consideration such as how much floor space is needed, how many dancers do you need,do you need to accomodate them with lodging,travel expenses,etc. The internet is a great place to start to locate a dancer of your choice.

Start with a local dance studio. Let them know what sort of production you want to put on and see if you can post flyers there advertising auditions for it.
