Place or keep the egg in a tank with good water flow. The pup will remain inside the egg capsule for several weeks, during which time it will develop and grow, as well as consume the yolk inside the capsule. It will then hatch without human intervention.

Make sure your tank is thoroughly established first, the parameters are perfect; and the tank should have soft sand. And Never expose the live egg to air.

All the water parameters must be at acceptable levels, and you need good circulation. It takes up to 4 month to hatch. Initial hand feeding might be necessary.
