Inspect your bamboo for any fungal spots that may appear as brownish-black circular rings around the plant. Spray the plant with a copper fungicide. Check your plant for pests like aphids. Aphids can leave a residue that creates comfortable environment for mold. Power wash the plant and apply pesticide.

If it is already in distress the best thing you could do for it is take it into a nursery let them look at it and tell you exactly what you need to do they would be able to bring it back for you much better than you waiting for answers that might be wrong on here.

Wash the bamboo plant with water of showers, that wipes out the insects present in the plant. Make sure you water the plant everyday, dropping leaves may be lack of water. Never fill up the pot with water, stagnant water turns root to yellowish and roots get rot. Try to keep near the window, so plan gets enough sunlight.

Well to save the dying plant, you need to recultivate the soil. Also, you have to water it a little bit more and include some nutrients in your watering jar.

Save it by proper fertilizing, watering & sun-lighting. It may probably be in need of less water if water doesnt drain well therefore might be even a reaction to cold.
