The only experience I have is with blinds for doors. First install the track to the wall above the space. After that, you need to place each blind in the designated hooks.

Place the installation brackets 3 inches from the end of the window side and secure with screws that you drill in. Insert the blind into the brackets and pull the tension pulley through the corner of the head rail and ease the blinds downward until they cover the window.
