First off make sure which drain they are coming from by sticking tape over the drain. Once you have figured that out get a pipe cleaning tool and start digging. After that buy some drain cleaner and pour this should take care of the problem.

thr easiest way to get rid of drain flies is to pour bleach in drain and flush with water for several minutes if on a septic system can try dumping pesticides if problem is severe
