You can get Montessori training in certain colleges that offer early childhood education. You can also contact Montessoti schools in your area and get on the job training if they will allow it. You can get a job as an assistant, or just spend some time volunteering at the school.

A regular degree in education is the best way to start, since all Montessori teachers are also qualified to teach in public schools.
