You can find party rooms in your town for a special event by looking in the yellow pages. If that doesn't work, usually fire halls let you use there space for parties. Also, ask friends and family if they've ever had a party at a nice hall and maybe they can help you find one.

I would google Party Rooms. I would also call a favorite restaurant you have been to or talk to a friend that has done it before.

You can call and meet with various banquet halls in your city and take a tour of the facilities. Also ask about the prices and what their operating hours are. When touring the facilities, be sure that the place is clean and has adequate lighting and space for your party.
