After a judgment has been set down in an eviction can you appeal it?

I need informaiton on the legal ramifications of an eviction judgment.

All judgements can be appealed. The exact procedures and time frames for doing so will vary tremendously by location. Consult an attorey or check with the court that ordered the eviction. You will have to act quickly in order to appeal.

Every city/state has different laws. I was a manager in Denver and once the judgment was made there was no appeal. Search: landlord tenant laws, your city, your state
