Sinusitis infections dont always require treatment with antibiotics as they very likely will resolve on their own. Antibiotics just make the infection go away in a quicker period of time. However, if severe or interfering with your job or school, antibiotics can cure the infection. Amoxicillin is a common choice of antibiotic used.
