You can grill it on the grill or you can bake it in the oven. You can chop it up into thin chops and put a rosemary citrus marinade on the meat. You can also cook it like you would cook a rost in the crock pot- you will just need to marinade it and stick in in.
Buy a leg joint, about1 1/2lb.
Dust with powdered rosemary, wrap in aluminum foil, put it in a preheated oven at 425degF. After 10min reduce to 325degF, cook for 1hour.
Slice the lamb ( 1lb) and boil the lamb with little bit chopped ginger,3 green chillies, sliced onion ( 1 number ),salt and water.You will get yummy lamb soup.
