Pantone colors can be converted into CMYK for print media using several applications like InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Quark Express. In most applications there is an option in the Editing tool bar where you can convert colors to another color mode.

You'll need access to graphic design software to do this. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and QuarkXpress all have a way to convert Pantone to CMYK. The process for each is slightly different. Most of these involve selecting an area, choosing from a drop down menu and then re-saving to document to overwrite the Pantone to CMYK.
