Women like to get compliments for their inner and outer qualities. You can recognize when she's made a special effort to look good or compliment any feature she has that is especially attractive. Also praise her good qualities and achievements such as being considerate or reaching personal goals.

Only make compliments that are truly sincere. Saying something over and over as by rote doesn't cut it with women. You also compliment woman you love by always being truthful.
