What business is it of yours? Unless she's your wife, who cares. Lots of men and women 'go shopping' for lots of different reasons. If there's a problem in their relationship it doesn't matter where she or he looks for entertainment. There are 'cheaters' at Church, focus on your Life.
Since this question appears to be seeking a subjective, personal response, I would have to say my initial reaction to such a woman is in all honesty, intense arousal.
Anybody (man or woman) who uses a cheating site (or cheats period), is extremely selfish, and should be ashamed. They should just break up with their current partner if they want to see other people.
She is either a very bad person, or perhaps she is at wit's end. If this is your wife, you two need to get into counseling immediately. If it's just a rumor, please don't repeat it, because all it will do is cause damage.
