Usually if she makes eye contact and seems interested in what you are saying, go out of her way to see you or dress different and wear makeup.

You know if a woman likes you by the way she treats you and looks at you. If you looks at you suggestively and makes an effort to talk to you, then she probably likes you. You can always ask her out; if she says "yes", then she likes you.

Then ask her out! There is nothing better than a person with enough self confidence to walk up to a woman and ask her out. If she gives you attention (outside of work responsibilities) and makes casual conversation I'd bet she'd at least give one date a try! You'll never know unless you ask her.

Actually, the body language and certain behavioral patterns of the woman will indicate whether she likes you. For example ascertain whether she is eager in talking with you and spending time with you. Also ascertain whether she is watching you at times. Talk with her and see whether she is really interested in you.
