You can check your dual ignition coil by lifting the hood, then you will check under the side of the engine and you can check the gold coil which is a dual ignition coil. You are checking for cracks in which you will see a leak, as well as and dirt that is in the coil.

You will need to turn of the heater, then you will need to remove the cover and remove the filter and fan motor. Then you will need to lift a couple of wires around the filter and then you will see a copper color wire and that is the dual ignition coil.
