My best advice (from a guys point of view) is to exude confidence. Those women who are sure of themselves are the most attractive. Not just confident with their looks but also their intellect.

I think it's a learned trait. Sex appeal is brought on by confidence. Without these two, I don't think anyone can be so charming.

Well truthfully the best way is to dress easier. You should wear clothes that show lots of skin that is what guys like.
