How to care for a turtle depends on what knid of sick it is. If it has swollen eyes you should give it eye drops. If its not eating try a different type of food. If it has wounds treat them with Betadine solution. If its sneezing/coughing take it to a veternarian imediatly. For sell shores, put in dark place.

Take it to a vet that is qualified with reptiles health. Another thing is to make sure that its environment and diet is right for this type of turtle.
