What can you tell me about taking care of a baby painted turtle?

You should make sure it has a nice environment, such as in an aquarium, and feed it plants for sure and possibly worms.

Turtle are the one of longest life span of about 300years. If you really want that baby lives long than wash out all the paint. For more about caring of turtle, contact the nearest zoo official, they will provide all the necessary guidelines but not about baby painted turtle. O'GOD please help the baby.

Provide housing that has enough fresh water to totally submerge itself. Provide an area the turtle can be out of the water completely. A reptile bulb shold be used during the day. Feed it small insects, you can buy them freeze dried at the pet store.
