What is this a trick question? Everyone knows you will need four sizes of welding rods to attain 1118 dia. Three groups of ten in large ,medium and small dia welding rods will get you to 1110 dia then one 4mm dia rod will put you right at 1118 dia. You some kind of rookie welder?
