Bring up all your incoming calls. Click on the number that you want to block. Click on the option "block caller". There your number is now blocked.

Double-check that your cell phone number is unlisted. Next, register your cell phone number with the National and State Do Not Call Lists run by the Federal Trade Commission where you can sign up online.

The only surefire way to block calls on a cell phone is to download an application from your provider's app market that does this.
