How do you fix a cell phone that has a frozen screen?

My cell phone is frozen, I can not turn it off or call anyone.

Charge your phone for few hours. Later remove the battery then keep it back to the phone and switch it on. It resets your phone. Otherwise hold the power button and hold the button until something happens. Then your phone will probably turn off automatically. You can also keep out the battery for few hours.

You should first try removing the battery from the phone. If that does not resolve the problem, you should take it to the nearest retail location for your provider.

Try to do a reset on it. There may be a small port on the back where you can insert a pin to reset it. Otherwise you might try pulling the battery.

Start by turning the phone off, then power it back on. If that doesn't work, check for online troubleshooting guides or call customer service. It is likely that you will have to take it in to your cell phone provider. Most of them will either fix or replace at no cost, if you have a current plan with them.
