obtain a degree in accounting,gain significant work experience to show your proficiency as an accountant before you qualify to be chartered,do your research on the organizations that offer certification,apply to participate in chartered accountant certification,find out what the entry requirements are,complete training,pass as many as 14 exams,and comply with accounting standards set forth!

A basic under graduation is the eligibility preferably in Commerce. You have to break through 8 rounds of interview to become a charted accountant. Experience has no say in this.
