Some versions of Publisher have an export to jpeg option. If it doesn't then you can zoom out so the entire document is visible. Disable any markings and use alt + Print Screen to take a screen shot. Paste it into your favorite photo editing software and crop.

Select all objects on your document and group all objects with the group icon at the bottom middle. Right click on any part of your new grouped object, and select "save as picture". This will bring up a "save as" dialog box, and you can select. jpg and name your file.

you can preview it in publisher, take a screenshot with your PrntScrn key, paste it into your image editing software and save it as an jpeg. I belive you can't publish your publisher file as a jpeg in the publisher program. since publisher files can be double paged, and image obviously can't be.

when you download or publish a picture. You should delete the original extension and put. jpg or. jpeg as the file extension. When you view the file it will end up as jpeg. You can also use this method to publish other extensions als including gip and many other extensions.
