Check your service manual, they should be color coded to your wiring harness. It's important that you don't short your electrical system, because this could result in a blow fuse or harness. If you have remaining wire leads from the other side, matching the colors could be your answer.

First of all if you have electrical wires with power that are wired wrong it would be best to turn the power off running to these wires before you start a fire or electrocute someone. Then correct the wiring or find someone who can. This is a bad situation.
