Check the valve needle and seat. If the valve needle show's sign's of wear like pitting,a wear ring or any other imperfection's - replace them both. Check them all, along with o-ring's and shaft seal's too. It might be time for a rebuild kit.When one goes the rest will follow..

Make sure that the carb is clean, debris can block the float valve from sealing. You might also try tapping the bottom of the carb carefully.

one the float valve, there is a o-ring. you need to take the carb apart and replace that o-ring. This should fix your problem.
