First release the steering lock and rotate it freely. Then remove the center top cover of the steering and remove the center bolt holding the wheel.

First, disconnect the battery to the vehicle. The steering wheel bolts have to be removed. These can be accessed behind the steering wheel. If your tools cant reach these because of the cramped quarters then you have to remove the horn cover in order to access the bolts.

You have to take the center of the steering wheel off and take the bolt out then use a steering wheel puller on it.

You need to take it in to have it fixed. Or go to the auto parts store and get a manual for it. Tell them the make and model of it.
