Well if you want to play your Gamecube games one your pc you will need to download a program called an emulator. It should let you play disks or roms.

The Game Cube can be played on the computer by hooking up the yellow and red cables to the video input through the back of the computer. You can use the USB controllers that work with any computer. The keys might be a little different but the general workings on the controller should work.
