First, get a great lawyer to get subpoenas issued for these types of records-or if the telephone bills were paid jointly, there may not be a lawyer needed at all.

I would contact the phone company and have them send you the records, or what you could do is go online to the phone carrier's website and change the password or use the current on and print a copy of all the phone records for the previous months. Some phone companies do charge if you have them mail you records.
