Go to the police station to request a report. There may be a fee. Reports are not available for ongoing investigations and are usually not maintained in non-criminal matters.

Police reports are considered in the public domain unless there is a specific reason why it needs to be kept hidden. Assuming you have a valid reason to want one you can go to the police station, explain your reason and request a copy. They will supply you with one with all pertinent information blacked out.

You go to your local police station and ask them where you can get a copy of a police report. They will give you the information and location you need to go.

Police reports are matter of public record, I would suggest that you call the police department and ask for records department. Some police departments will allow a phone request, others require to request the report in writing. There may also be a nominal fee to reproduce the report. I hope this helps.
