You will need to dial 011 then the country code. For the United Kingdom these are 440 thru 4410. then you can dial the number directly. London should be 442.

first you know the phone number and then try to know the country code. in cell phone type the country code and phone number and make a call. without the country code it is impossible to call.

We have to dial number with country code +44 to make international call to London, England. For national call/STD call code we don't require country code,but for making international call we require country code.
