You can purchase kits that will allow you to apply rhinestones to your phone yourself or you can go to any mall and their are kiosk that will personalize your phone for you, either with rhinestones or by changing your faceplate.

There are rhinestone kits that you can buy specifically to decorate your cell phone. If you can't find one, just buy rhinestones and craft glue and have fun decorating!

you could do what me and my sister did if you have the money for it anyway..... we sent in a picture that we liked and got the outer appearance to look like the pic and we put rhinestones that we bought from the dollar store on it.....

As a woman, I will obviously like to buy pink or maroon color cell because these color are very cute to match with my dress. You should go to mobile workshop to put rhinestones on your mobile however it only depends on your model of your set. I prefer to add attractive ring tones makes mobile more cute.
