How can I get copies of cell phone calling records and text records?

You can get copies of the bill online. Those will list the number used but not the message. Our cell company informed us that any further information must come as a result of an official police investigation.

The most effective way to get a copy of cell phone text records and calling records is to contact your cell phone subscriber and request for them to mail it to you.

Usually, the only way to do this is if the records are in both of your names. Just call the phone company (number should be on the bill), and ask that they send you a printed record of all calls. Not sure if possible for texts as well.

If the phone bill is in your name or you are jointly on the bill, you can request a copy of the bill from the phone company, both all numbers called and text messages sent and received.
