Lemon sherbet
Finely grate rind (1lemon) and mix with 1 cup sugar. Add 3 - 4 cups milk/yoghurt or water, 3 -4 squeezed lemons. Put into freezer. Using milk, water or yoghurt depends on the result you want.
You can use any fruit, but cut down or out water if using 'wet fruit'. Try adding fruit juice instead of water.
