One of the best places to look for origami patterns online is orgigami-instructions or ehow, both of which can be found by doing a Google search. Both of these sites have each fold broken down and a photograph taken so that it's easy to follow along with the instructions.

You can probably find a book that will show you how and even include origami paper. Lilies are a popular shape so you shouldn't have a hard time finding it.
