First a clean apartment or a room is needed. No people around of course. Lights dimmed, maybe candles or something like that to do the atmosphere more soft. Pleasant dinner with wine would do the trick and you should make it original and a surprise will always be welcome.

Stay simple and always make it delicious. Steaks, salads, roasted vegetables. Salt and pepper everything and cook until cooked. Chocolate covered strawberries, candles, and have fun.

First know whether he is a steak or seafood man. Set the mood, do have candles lit. Keep it simple, a seaford pasta is usually grat. Have a nice bottle of wine or his favorute drink. A luscious chocolate fondue with large strawberries fro dessert will be your topper of the night. Good luck!
