You cannot just simply make a fretboard for a guitar, these are manufactured to specific dimensions to create quality sound. Try searching for a tutorial to making a fretboard.

If you have never done this before you really need to get some books for guidance on how to do so, as the amount of words allowed here are hardly enough. To make a fretboard and or guitar neck takes many tools and precise measurements. Really better off to buy ready built neck/fretboard, or plan on much study, and work.
