How do I make a color correction after using bleach?

There is no easy way to correct a bleach mistake. You can either bleach the whole garment, make it tye-died, or dye it a darker color. Another option is to take a fabric marker and color the spot the same color as the rest of the garment. You could also cover the spot with a patch.

The effects of using too much bleach are not reversible. You can try using a fabric dye to get back closer to the original color. Or just go buy a new pair of jeans.

I'm guessing you mean clothing. There really isn't anything you can do after using bleach on something short of recoloring the item completely.
