If you need him to prove his love; either he's doing something wrong or you aren't very confident. Try talking to him and ask him to show his love more.

There is no real test that you can prove. You just have to feel that he truly does to know if it's real (time usually is a good measure).

You may pretend to be ill and look at his reactions, is he worried? is he capable of what to do? then you can judge whether he loves you.Or you decide based on sexual activity.If you feel good, he does.
