How do I join the Libertarian party?

You can find the party on the Internet. Just Google it or type in libertarian followed by - no www. Formally "joining the party" consists of committing your time and checkbook. When you register to vote, you will register as an Independent, which is one of the three options.

I recommend you look up the Libertarian party on the internet Try to find a group that meets near you. Attend their meetings. Find out more of what they believe. Become active and volunteer to help. I am sure they will be glad to have a volunteer. Political groups can always use volunteers ( especially unpaid ) to help out.

There are a couple of ways to affiliate yourself with the Libertarian party. The first way is to register to vote and assign your political party as "L" or Libertarian. Your local voter registration office can assist with this. The second way is to go to the Libertarian party's website, and sign up using their online webform.
