You can go to thier website and fill out the applicant form. Keep in mind that they do not approve everyone and if you get rejected it is not due to a personal flaw of any kind.

Pinecone Research is an excellent survey website that really pays and I am talking from personal experience. Pinecone Research finds its memebers randomly, so to join they place banners and invitations on random websites. To join you simply have to find the banner online.
