How do I go about learning how to pray?

There really isn't a specific way on how to pray....you basically talk to your Heavenly Father just as you would your real father, only give Him the respect that is due to a King. I was always taught the acronym ACTS-express adoration, then confession, then thanks, then supplications, or asking for our needs or the needs of others.

Learning to pray is not near as difficult as people think. First it's important to understand what prayer is. Prayer very simply is talking to God. If you think about it from that perspective and start talking to Him like you do other people your prayer life will come alive.

That would depend upon your specified religion. I recomend a more meditative type prayer, in which you seek higher spiritual understanding from your personal divine being.

The easiest way to pray is to have a heart-to-heart conversation with God. There's no right or wrong way, but many books offer how-to tips.

From a Christan standpoint the best place to learn is from the model prayer set by Jesus in the bible book of Luke chapter 11. There he said 'Whenever you pray, say, 'Father, let your name be sanctified. Let your kingdom come". Also the bible show all prayers to God must be made through Jesus name (1 Timothy 2:5).
