1 - peppers, should be crisp and fresh
2 - Prepare the jars, pressure canner, wash jars and lids,wash peppers,cut and remove seeds, blister it, pack jars pour boiling water in each jar, then put it in the canner lid and vented, let the canner vent steam for 10 mins, let the pressure build, process for 35 mins and remove jars.
