How do I go about canning pimento peppers?

Just can them tight and make sure you add some water in them so it doesn't rot. You might have to add some preservatives but freezing is fine.

I make them and they are great. However, I don't can them, I put them in bottles with some of their cooking liquid and they are delicious and fresh.

You will need a few things, you will need sterilized mason jars to put your peppers into, sterilized so they do not go bad as they are put away, you will cook the peppers down and then put them into the jars, then boil the jars to seal them
