Do not use bleach as it will damage the skin. Simply scrub with a mild soap and wait a few days and the stains will wear off naturally.

Use mild soap and scrub with a plastic pot-scrubber sponge, but you will probably have to wait it out. It won't penetrate the skin deeply. DON'T use bleach. You're meant to wear gloves for just this reason, and to prevent irritation and allergy.

Do not use bleach. Scrub with soap and be patient; color will be gone in 1-3 days. In a hurry? Use skin scrubber like pumice stone. You can also try ReDuRan skin cleaner.

I have done this many times and the best product is the one printer use to get the printers ink off their hands. It is found in the Home Store and the product is by Lava. You could probably use the Lava bar soap which is sold in the grocery storn.
