I assume we are speaking about 'personals' as in 'dating'. I would suggest trying online. There are many sites online for all categories of people!

That will depend on the disability. Probably one store that carries special things to help out people with different kinds of disibilities is a medical supply store. Most carry such things ranging from canes to bedpans. A drugstore is also a good place to look; they carry all kinds of continant aids and visual enhancers to name a few.

Many personals for the disabled can be found at your local drugstore. In some towns there are stores that carry many items to make the disabled person more comfortable such as clothing made to fit anyone no matter their disability, etc.

You can specify your disability on any personals site and people can decide whether or not they can work with it. Otherwise you can go to Lovebyrd which I think is disabilities specific.

You can post a personal add on any of the personal sites on the web, but be warned, there are a lot of narrow-minded people out there. Having said thst though, please don't be discouraged.
