The easiest way would be to Google this person with their name in quotation marks. Google will link you to any social networking pages, or articles relating to this person. If that does not work check Myspace,Friendster, and Facebook. You could also call information and try to find a listing for their telephone number.

If you know the person is still in Bucharest somewhere, you might start by going to any businesses you think they might frequent: cafes, restaurants, bookstores, etc. You might also try social networking sites, or sites like craigslist on the internet which might help you find this person. Check the phone book, as well.

I would try to conduct a people search online. There are several services which specialize in this. You could also try to look on social networking sites. One other option is to hire a personal investigator to find the person.

There are plenty of ways. You can try looking in the white pages. There is also twitter and facebook. I recommend facebook if you think your old flame has a computer.
