Brother, first of all you have to install the bluetooth drivers of the laptop then go to control panel and check bluetooth there.

Turn on the wireless adapter.Go to start>programs>toshiba>bluetooth>bluetooth settings, and configure your connection with the wanted device. You can easily use Toshiba Assist software if it's provided with your laptop.

It is very easy to activate your bluetooth option in Toshiba laptop. Please go to setting from start button or my computer then go to control panel, then click the icon named bluetooth. A dialog box will appear in front of you, now click activate check to activate it. Or you can do it through pressing your keyboard shortcut button.

the laptops in common they give two types of ways to on . one is they are giving a seperate button for blue tooth and the second is they are giving a key on the keyboard . if you have a button for that blue you make it or otherwise press the key with function (fn) key.
